400;\"> \u00e9value un m\u00e9dicament exp\u00e9rimental \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude pour d\u00e9terminer s&rsquo;il peut r\u00e9duire de fa\u00e7on s\u00fbre et efficace le besoin de transfusions sanguines en raison d&rsquo;une an\u00e9mie associ\u00e9e aux n\u00e9oplasmes\/syndromes my\u00e9lodysplasiques (SMD).<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette \u00e9tude comporte au moins 20 visites, dont certaines peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es \u00e0 votre domicile.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au cours de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, vous aurez 2 chances sur 3 (67 %) de recevoir le m\u00e9dicament \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude actif et 1 chance sur 3 (33 %) de recevoir un placebo. Un placebo est un produit inactif qui ressemble au m\u00e9dicament \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, mais qui ne contient aucun ingr\u00e9dient actif.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le m\u00e9dicament \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude est cens\u00e9 bloquer une prot\u00e9ine du sang qui interf\u00e8re avec la capacit\u00e9 de votre organisme \u00e0 produire des globules rouges.
