souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s myelodysplastick\u00fdmi neoplaziemi\/syndromy (MDS).<\/p><p>V r\u00e1mci tohoto klinick\u00e9ho hodnocen\u00ed prob\u011bhne minim\u00e1ln\u011b 20 n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e n\u011bkter\u00e9 lze prov\u00e9st z domova.<\/p><p>B\u011bhem klinick\u00e9ho hodnocen\u00ed budete m\u00edt \u0161anci 2 ku 3 (67 %), \u017ee budete dost\u00e1vat hodnocen\u00fd l\u00e9\u010div\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpravek a 1 ku 3 (33 %), \u017ee budete dost\u00e1vat placebo. Placebo je ne\u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 l\u00e1tka, kter\u00fd vypad\u00e1 jako hodnocen\u00fd l\u00e9\u010div\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpravek, ale neobsahuje \u017e\u00e1dnou \u00fa\u010dinnou l\u00e1tku.<\/p><p>O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 se, \u017ee hodnocen\u00fd l\u00e9\u010div\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpravek bude blokovat protein v krvi, kter\u00fd naru\u0161uje schopnost va\u0161eho t\u011bla vytv\u00e1\u0159et \u010derven\u00e9 krvinky.
